Anna Christina is the founder of It’s a New Day! This is her life’s work. She is the creator of the Energy Intelligence Formula and the driving force behind content, frameworks, the methods and the coaching intervention the Nano-Reboot.

Anna Christina knows both elite sports and science from within. As a former Dutch weightlifting champion, she understands what it takes to perform at peak level and recover smartly. She has coached top athletes for over 15 years on both physical and mental levels, from strength training to sports psychology.
